MSI implements “Advanced Control Solutions” that interpret the current situation of the production line and, by comparing with empirical mathematical models based on historical data, propose (or update) the machine configuration or setpoints.

System equipped with artificial intelligence with the objective of compiling information from different data sources (DB, MES, WMS, professional experience, etc…) where problems, challenges and/or behavioural patterns are identified and the correct recommendations are launched for decision making by the user or in particular cases autonomously (closed control loops).

MSI’s engineers, specialists in automation and industrial computing, carry out a risk diagnosis and then implement a set-up that will be continuously monitored to detect security anomalies in the plant elements.

MSI carries out projects with a high degree of integration between the different aspects of production: production process, quality, intermediate and final warehouses, maintenance, etc. The interconnection of systems and devices provides information in real time that helps decision-making.
